Ring Pro requires a transformer outputting 16–24 VAC. We check your existing transformer during installation and supply an appropriate unit if needed.
Absolutely. Our electricians are fully qualified and all wiring is completed in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations) where applicable.
We can assess what's possible and advise on wiring routes. In some cases, low-voltage wiring can be run discretely to connect the doorbell to a new transformer location.
